Being a natural leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, an optimistic attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving, Dion decided 2019 was the year to go into business for himself & his family and opened DASH Real Estate. Dion has been fantastic to deal with from the very first phone call all the way through to signing up tenants and getting our place rented within 1 week of putting it up. We have not been disappointed with DASH with great communication the whole way through the rental process.
Dion uses a great online portal that I can login to whenever I want to see documents/inspection reports, bills and rental payments so I know exactly where cashflow is at and can reference all my documentation.
